Office Re-Closure

You may be aware that more than 250 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in Tameside as the virus tightens its grip on the Borough.

Greater Manchester is currently experiencing a severe second spike of coronavirus, with seven of the region’s ten boroughs in the ‘red zone’ for the numbers of new infections.

The infection rate in Tameside has risen beyond a hundred, to 105.1 cases per 100,000 people in the week to September 16. A larger number of older people in their 50s and 60s who have underlying health conditions are contracting the virus.

In view of the concerning situation Ashton Pioneer Homes will be closing the office to the public and will revert back to an appointment service as from Monday 21st September.

My colleagues will still be continuing to work either remotely or in the APH Office. Customers will still receive a full housing management and repairs service albeit this will be delivered in a more agile way.

Our 24/7 Neighbourhood Service will still be fully operational and our Customer Services Team can be contacted during normal office hours.
