Making Rent Payments During COVID-19 Lockdown
We are mindful that some residents may not be able to get to a place to pay their rent whilst the current CV-19 measures are in place.
Please note that there are a number of other ways to pay your rent during this period:
Standing Order/Bank Transfer can both be done via online banking. All payments made in this manner will need to be referenced with your unique tenant number (Starting with APH).

AllPay Online/Telephone Payments. We are unable to process payments manually over the phone. Instead you can call the automated payments line by ringing the main APH office number and pressing 1 to be directed to CallPay.

For AllPay payments, you will need your unique 19-digit number that can be found on your AllPay payment card. If you do not have this number, please contact Customer Services on 0161 343 8128.
