At Ashton Pioneer Homes we are open and transparent about our performance and ‘how we’re doing‘. We need you to tell us what you think so we can make improvements and deliver a service that you will want to recommend to your friends.
We are always looking for ways we can serve our residents and the local community better at APH so if you have any comments or suggestions, please use the form below to communicate with us.
We recognise that occasionally things do go wrong and therefore we need to respond to them promptly in order to try to put things right. We welcome and encourage all customers to give their views and opinions, as this can help to improve the service we provide.
We have created an online feedback form which you can use to make a complaint, comment or compliment.
You can only make a formal complaint if you have reported the original problem and are dissatisfied with the service you received in response. if you feel that you want to make a complaint, take a look at our helpful guide which states the process in simple terms and tells you what to do if you are not happy with our response.
