Due to the CV-19 pandemic, we have had to change the way we deliver our services to customers. These changes have been made in accordance with current Government safety measures to decrease the spread of the dangerous virus.
All of our office-based staff are now working from home. Our in-house repairs and maintenance service is still available for emergencies only. If you have an emergency repair you can report it to Customer Services on 0161 343 8128
The 24hr Neighbourhood Services Team are delivering a reduced service for safety reasons, and can be contacted 24/7 on 0161 339 9377 or via the ‘Concierge’ option if you have an intercom.
Our Customer Service Team are contactable via the following channels:
You can call our normal office number (0161 343 8128) Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri between 9am-5pm for general enquires, rent queries, emergencies and non-urgent repairs.
You can contact us via email at email@example.com with any queries.
If you don’t already ‘like’ us on Facebook then go to www.facebook.com/AshtonPioneer to send us a message. Our page is monitored during office hours each day and we aim to resolve queries within the same day (circumstances permitting)
If you are self isolating, please let us know for both the welfare of you and members of our Team. If you or a member of your household have experienced symptoms of CV-19 it is imperative we are made aware of this.
It is very important that all residents follow the social distancing measures set up by the Government.
These safety rules have been put into place to protect people from the virus which, as you will probably know can be fatal in some cases.
We cannot stress the importance of following these rules and ask all of our residents to observe the following:
- DO NOT visit friends or neighbours or allow anybody who isn’t already in your household in or in the vicinity of your home (unless you are assisting a vulnerable person with supplies or vice versa)
- DO NOT congregate in communal areas
- DO NOT allow children to play around the estate
We are taking breaches of social distancing very seriously, and anyone who is witnessed to be ignoring social distancing will be reported to the Police.
If you are concerned about people ignoring the rules, you can also report it to the Police.
We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Help, Guidance, and Reassurance:
Isolation can be difficult, especially for people who may live alone or are considered vulnerable. We want to ensure our residents that we are here to help.
Please use our contact list to see what services you can access and what they are currently offering at this time.
Paying Your Rent
It is still very important that you ensure your rent is paid on time, even during the current circumstances.
We appreciate that due to isolation, some people may be unable to make cash payments via registered venders. However, there are a number of other ways in which you can pay your rent from the comfort of your own home!
See our Paying Your Rent guide for details and for more information.
