Ashton Pioneer Homes is an award winning Housing Association providing affordable homes in the centre of Ashton-under-Lyne. We believe in putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. You will be an integral part of a small but motivated team who deliver a range of front-line services to our tenants and members of the public. These include dealing with repair requests, applications, cash collection, recovery of arrears and general office administration. If you have a good standard of education, previous customer service experience, excellent IT skills and are committed to self development then this could be the job for you.
Experience of working in a customer-focused environment is essential.
Closing Date:- 23rd July 2010
Interview Dates:- 3rd and 4th of August 2010
Salary - up £17,397 pa (35 hours per week)
