Housing Services Assistant

Salary up to £13,000 per annum (35 hrs per week)

Fixed term contract to 31st March 2011

This is a varied role covering all APH group companies and is highly customer and performance focused.

As a key member of our housing management team you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of services within our private lettings/leasehold portfolio, liaising with private developers/owners, lettings agents and contractors. The successful candidate will need to hold a full driving licence and be able to work flexible hours as the role will necessitate occasional evening/weekend work.

Some relevant experience in private lettings would be preferable, but not essential.
