HOMELESS ADVICE

Ashton Pioneer Homes are committed to helping people who find themselves unintentionally homeless. In partnership with other registered social landlords we have made an agreement to offer 50% of all our empty properties to Tameside MBC, who are legally responsible for providing homeless accommodation throughout the region.

Eligibility

If you find yourself unintentionally homeless, the following steps explain the process involved in finding you housing under this scheme.

• Firstly, you will need to register with Tameside Housing Options, who will investigate the circumstances surrounding your homeless status.
• If found eligible, your details will be passed to the authority's agent, which is currently Accent Northwest.
• Accent Northwest will then refer you to the registered social landlord that offers the type of property your circumstances require.
