Applications for housing are accepted from anybody in any circumstance. Ashton Pioneer Homes aim to allocate all our properties fairly on the basis of balancing the needs of applicants and the needs of the community.

Application forms can be obtained online, by telephone, or personal enquiries at our Margaret House office.

Each applicant is required to provide two professional references and/or landlord details so we can request a tenancy report.

Once references have been received applicants will be invited to the office for an interview with one of our Housing Services Officers.
