ESTATE SERVICES - INTRODUCTION

Ashton Pioneer Homes employ a team to carry out a wide range of services to over 900 homes across our two estates.

The Estate Services Team are responsible for

• Monitoring estate gardening contracts and reporting any problems to the officer concerned
• Estate cleaning services, including litter picking, removal of items left on maisonette walkways, relocation of large bins to ensure refuge collection and gathering large items for the monthly collection of ‘bulk rubbish’
• Delivery of local post
• Minor repairs to both empty and occupied properties such as lock changes, joinery repairs, minor re-glazing and plumbing works. If they find that they cannot carry out the repair, they will arrange for the relevant tradesperson to attend
• Ensuring all empty properties are cleaned to our ‘void standard’
