BLOCK REPRESENTATIVES

Block Representatives are residents who regularly convene with APH staff to discuss our performance and any other issues raised by tenants in their locality.

To ensure an ongoing dialogue with these invaluable community members, APH offer the following reassurances:

• An informal monthly meeting with a member of staff from the Neighbourhood Services Team.
• A quarterly meeting with an APH Housing Officer. The report of this meeting will then be passed to the Housing & Neighbourhood Services Manager.
• A guarantee that issues regarding service delivery are resolved.
• A guarantee that any concerns are raised with the Residents' Panel.
