Ashton Pioneer Homes is a Local Housing Company as
created by the Housing Act, 1996. It was specifically set up
to accept the transfer of 900 homes that previously
belonged to Tameside Council. It is entirely independent and
free of any other Housing Associations.

Moving On
Your Tenancy Agreement is a legally binding contract and if you wish to terminate
the contract, you must give Ashton Pioneer Homes 4 weeks notice in writing.
Your notice period MUST COMMENCE ON A MONDAY

Repairs and Looking After Your Home
Ashton Pioneer Homes provides a quick, efficient and fair repair service. Repairs
may be reported in person either in our offices or to a member of staff, via
telephone, writing to us or by e-mail.

When you become a tenant of Ashton Pioneer Homes you will sign a Tenancy
