We’ve made paying your rent as easy as possible by offering a range of methods such as Direct Debit, Standing Order, paying at the Post Office or at any PayPoint. Payment can be made at our Cash Office or even online. We can help with benefit enquiries where necessary and can even signpost those in need to money advice from local partners.
Every year, we offer all our customers a Local Service Offer, compiled after listening to your wants and needs and link this to our business plan to ensure we provide you with the best possible level of service.
