In order to address the growing demand for our rented accommodation, APH is constantly seeking opportunities to provide more quality homes. For example, we have recently built a further 16 four bedroom homes on sites acquired at Clifton Street and Kenyon Street in close proximity to our Richmond park estate (see pictures below).
We are also taking forward proposals for additional family accommodation on sites at William Street and Victoria Street in Ashton.



All our homes are served by our local estate based offices on Margaret Street from where our staff team provide the full range of housing, concierge, CCTV, estate and neighbourhood services.
