THE NATIONAL CONVERSATION

The Tenants Service Authority is the new regulator of social housing. Throughout March they carried out a large consultative exercise in order to find out what tenants thought of their landlords and what they would like to see from them.

Each housing association was to hold one event. Ashton Pioneer Homes held a number of seperate events including asking the Men's Group what they thought of their landlord and asking them to complete The National Conversation questionnaires. We also sent out the questionnaires to all of our tenants for their views. We turned one of our interview rooms into a 'Big Brother' style diary room and invited residents to come in and share their views whist being filmed. This was a great success and we created a video which can be viewed below.
